No one could stop John Dillinger and his gang. No jail could hold him. His charm and audacious jailbreaks endeared him to almost everyone — from his girlfriend Billie Frechette to an American public who had no sympathy for the banks that had plunged the country into the Depression. But while the adventures of Dillinger’ gang — later including Baby Face Nelson and Alvin Karpis  thrilled many, J. Edgar Hoover made Dillinger America’s first Public Enemy Number One and sent in Melvin Purvis, the dashing “Clark Gable of the FBI.”

However, Dillinger and his gang outwitted and outgunned Purvis’ men in wild chases and shootouts. Only after importing a crew of Western ex-lawmen (newly baptized as agents) and orchestrating epic betrayals — from the infamous “Lady in Red” to the Chicago crime boss Frank Nitti — were Purvis, the FBI and their new crew of gunfighters able to close in on Dillinger.

The young John Cristopher Depp really want to be a rock musician. But, this brought him to the movie world. His first film debut was A Nightmare on Elm Street in 1984.

Johnny Depp has played many characters in his career. But the most interesting action for me is Pirates of the Caribbean :The Curse of the Black Pearl. He acted so well in that movie. He was so perfect being a charming, conniving roughish Captain. I think he is the only actor who can do that.

In his real life he was married with Lori anne Allison in 1983 but then divorced in 1985. Now, he’s living with Vanessa Paradise, a French singer and actress. They have to children, Lily Rose Melody(1999) and Jack (2002).
He has dated several female celebrities and has been engaged to Jennifer Grey, Wyona Ryder and Kate Moss.

Depp is now one of the most versatile actors of his day in Hollywood. Well done, Depp. Keep on doing your best. We are waiting for your next movie.
